c) 3rd floor + 4th floor (mansard): one two floor flat with four rooms, 130m2. Entrance is through external stairs and terraced balcony on the 3rd floor. Balcony (20m2) is ideal for dining. On the lower floor there is common area for kitchen and living room with fireside. On the same floor is one bathroom (toilette, shower bath and washbasin), and one bedroom with inbuilt wardrobes and a balcony – 4m2. On front facade of the house, where is living room and kitchen, are used panoramic windows with direct view on the sea. Access to upper floor (garret) is through internal wooden stairs. Mansard contains two separate impassable bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes and one more bathroom (toilette, shower bath and washbasin). Mansard is not fully separated from lower floor, there is open space protected by banister, through which you can see living room.

One small flat on the ground floor: 75 000 € (53 000GBP / 107 000USD), falt on the second floor 140 000 € (100 000GBP / 199 000USD) and flat on the top 180 000 € (130 000 GBP / 255 000USD).
